S.O. 91(E).—In exercise of the powers confined by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Export-Tmport Bank of India Act, 1981 (28 of 1981), the Central Govern- ment hereby appoints the 1st DLiy of M.irch. 1982 as the date on which all the provisions contained in Section 26 of the said Act, shall come into force.
