फा०ग्रा० 92 ( म) केस्त्रीय सरकार, सार्वजनिक परिमर ( अप्राधि- कृम कब्जे की मेघखनी ) अधिनियम , 1971 ( 1971 का 40 ) की धारा ३ द्वारा प्रवत भाक्तियों क प्रयोग करते हुए नीचे लिखी मारणी के स्तम्भ ( 1 ) में लिखे अधिकारी को जो मार्मुगाष पत्तन न्यास में भारत सरकार के राजपवित अधिकारी के रैंक के समकक्ष अधिकारी है , उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजन के लिए सम्पदा अधिकारी नियुक्त करती है और बह उन प्रशक्तियो का प्रयोग करेगा और वे कार्य करेगा जो उक्त अधिनियम द्वारा या इम के अधीन सम्पदा अधिकारी को करने होते है । वह अपनी प्राविषयो का प्रयोग अपने कार्य उक्त मारणी के स्तम्भ ( 2 ) ये तवनुरूपी प्रविष्टि में उल्लिखित सार्वजनिक परिसर के भबन्ध में अपने अधिकार क्षेत्र की स्थानीय सीमा में करेगा ।

S.O. 92 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants ) Act, 1971 (40 of 1971 ) , the Central Government hereby appoints the Officer mentioned in column ( 1 ) of the Table below, being officer of the Mormugao Port Trust equivalent to the rank of a Gazetted officer of the Government of India , to be Estate Officer for the purposes of the said Act , and who shall exericse the powers conferred and perform the duties imposed on Estate Officer by or under the said Act , within the local limits of his respective jurisdiction in respect of the public premises speci- fied in the corresponding entry in column (2) of the said Table .

का०मा० 93 (प्र) -केन्द्रीय सरकार, सार्वजनिक परिसर ( अप्राधिकृत कब्जे की बेदखली ) अधिनियम, 1971 ( 1971 का 40) की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त पाक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए नीचे लिखी मारणी के स्तम्भ ( 1 ) मे लिखे अधिकारी की, जो कांडला पत्तन ग्यास में भारत सरकार के राजपत्रित अधिकारी के रैंक के समकक्ष अधिकारी है, उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजन के लिए सम्पदा अधिकारी नियुक्त करती है और वह उन शक्तियों का प्रयोग करेगा भौर वे कार्य करेगा जो उक्त अधिनियम द्वारा या इसके अधीन सम्पदा अधिकारी को करने होते हैं । वह अपनी शक्तियो का प्रयोग और अपने कार्य उक्त सारणी के स्तम्भ ( 2 ) में तवनुरुणी प्रविष्टि में उल्लिखित सार्वजनिक परिसर के सवध में अपने अधिकार क्षेत्र की स्थानीय सीमा में करेगा ।
