EXPORT TRADE CONTROL
S.O. 101(E)/No. E(CK>, 1977/ VM(233).—In exercise of the poweis conferred by Section 3 of the Imports ;ind Exports (Control) Act, 1947 (18 of 1947), the Cen- tral Government hereby makes the following order further to amend the Exports (ContioJ) Order, 1977, namely • —
1. This Order may be called the Exports (Control) Fourth Amendment Order,
1982.
2. In the Exports (Control) Order, 1977-—
In OGL. 2 of Schrdulr TIT, the existing enliy nt S. No. 5 shall be amended
to read as under :—
"5. Samples of drug formulations uplo JO per cent of the f.o.b, value of the export consignment when expoitcd along with the consignment itself. Such sample packings should prominently bear the marling 'Physician's sample—Not for sale'."
