New Delhi, the 26th Febmary, 1982

No. S.O. 102(E)|15|IDRA|82.—In cxeicisc of the powcis conferred by section 15 of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 ,(65 of 1951), the Central Govomment hereby makes the following amendment in the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Development), No, S.O, 831(E), dated the 28th November, 1981, namely:—•

In the snid Order, for the last paiagraph, the following shall be substituted,

namely ;—

"The above body shall submit its leport to the Cential Government by

31st March, 1982".
