फा०सं ० 600/ 5103-5105/ 81-प्र ० अ० सीमाशुल्क तथा केन्द्रीय उत्पादन शुल्क प्रतिश्रवायगी नियमावली, 1971 ( भारत के राजयक्ष, असाधारण, दिनांक 25 अगस्त, 1971 में प्रकाशित अधिसूचना में० 52 फा० सं० 602/ 2/ 70-प्र०८० ) के नियम 4 के अधीन केन्द्रीय सरकार सार्वजनिक सूचना सं ० प्रतिभदायगी/सा० सू०-20/ 81 विनांक 1 जून , 1981 में प्रकाणित सारणी में एतद्वारा मिम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है
उप क्रमांक 5104 के सामने " प्रतिअदायगी की वर" के स्तंभ में वर्तमान प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, भर्यात:--
" 7.35 रुपए ( केवल साल रुपाए पैतीस पैमे) प्रति सौ नग । " यह सार्वजनिक सूचना 1 मार्च, 1982 में लागू होगी ।

(Notification No. 52/F . No. 602/2/70- DBK published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary , dated the 25th August, 1971 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Table published in the Public Notice No. DRAWBACK/PN -20 dated the 1st June , 1981
In the column "Rate of Drawback " against S. S. 5104 , for the existing entries the following shall be substituted, namely:-
"Rs . 7.35 ( Rupees seven and paise thirty five only) per one hundred pieces . "
This public notice shall come into force on the 1st day of March , 1982 .

उपक्रमांक 4808 और 4812 के सामने " प्रतिभदायगी की दर" स्तम्भ में निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया आएगा, अर्थात-
4808 क ( 1)19.40 रु० ( केवल उन्नीस रुपए जालीस पैसे) प्रति इकाई ।
(ii) 21.70 रु० ( केवल इक्कीस रुपए सत्तर पैसे ) प्रप्ति इकाई

(ख ) अधिकनम दरों के अध्यधीन जिसमें विभिन्न भाकारों के अथवा
लगभग मबसे छोटे आकार के छन के पंखों के संबंध में उपर्युक्त ( क ) में उल्लिखित टिप्पणी भी शामिल है, पोत पर्यन्त निःशुल्क मुल्य था 10. 5 प्रतिशत (केवल बस वशमलव पांच प्रतिशत ) ।

यह सार्वजनिक सूचना 1 मार्च, 1982 को लागू होगी ।

No. 602 /2/70- DBK published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary, dated the 25th August, 1971 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Table published in the Public Notice No. DRAWBACK/PN -20/81 dated the 1st June , 1981-
In the column " Rate ofdrawback " against S. S. 4808 and 4812, the following shall be substituted , namely :-
3808(A) (i ) Rs . 19.40 ( Rupees Nineteen and paise forty only) per unit.
(ii) Rs . 21.70 (Rupees twenty one and paiso seventy only) per unit.
( iii) Rs . 24.40 (Rupees twenty four and paise forty only) per unit.
( iv) Rs . 26.30 (Rupees twenty six and paise thirty only) per unit.
(B) 10.5% (Ten point five per cent only) of the F.O.B. , Value subject to the maximum rates including the note indicated at (A) above in respect of various sizes or nearest lower size of ceiling fans .
4812 Rs. 4.25 (Rupees four and paise twenty five only) per kg .
This Public Notice shall come into force ou the 1st day of March, 1982.
