सं० 78/ 82-सीमाशुल्क नई विल्ली, 1 मार्च , 1982
सा० का० मि० 233 ( अ) केन्द्रीय सरकार , सीमाशुल्फ मधि- नियम, 1962 ( 1962 कां 52 ) की धारा 25 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रवत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए अपना यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि लोकहित में ऐसा करना आवश्यक है, सीमाशुल्क टैरिफ अधिनियम, 1975 (1975 मा 51 ) की पहली अनुसूची के प्रध्याय 29 के अधीन आने वाले एथिलीन डाइक्लोराइड जब उसका पोलिविनाइल क्लोराइड रजिल्स के विनिर्माण के लिए भारत में भायात किया जाता है उस पर उवग्रहणीय सम्पूर्ण सीमाशुष्क से, जो उक्त पहली भ्रमुसूची में विनिविष्ट किया गया है और उक्त वर्णित दूनरे अधिनियम की धारा 3 के अधीन एस पर उवग्रहणीय सम्पूर्ण अतिरिक्त शुल्क से छूट देती है ।
2. यह अधिसूचना 31 अगस्त, 1982 तक जिसमें यह दिन भी मम्मिलित है प्रभावी रहेगी ।

New Delhi , the 1st March, 1982
by G.S.R. 233(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred aub-section ( 1 ) of section 25 of the Customs Act , 1962 ( 52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby exempts Ethylene Dichloride , falling within Chapter 29 of the First Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act , 1975 (51 of 1975) , when imported into India for the manufacture of Polyvinyl Chlo ride Resins , from the whole of the duty of customs leviable thereon which is specified in the said First Schedule and the whole of the additional duty leviable thereon under sec- tion 3 of the said second mentioned Act .
2. This notification shall be in force upto and inclusive of the 31st day of August , 1982,

सं० 79/ 82-सीमाशुष्क
सा० फा० ति० 234( अ).--केन्द्रीय सरकार वित्त विधेयक, 1982 के खण्ड 44 के उपखण्ड ( 4 ) के जो खण्ड अनन्तिम कर संग्रहण अधिनियम, 1931 ( 1931 का 16) के अधीन उक्त वित्त विधेयक में की गई घोषणा के कारण विधि का बल रखती है, साथ पठित सीमाशुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 (1962 का 52 ) की धारा 25 की उप-धारा ( 1) द्वारा प्रदत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए अपना यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि लोक हित में ऐसा करना भावश्यक है, भारत सरकार के वित्त मन्त्रालय (राजस्व विभाग ) की अधिसूचना संख्या 60-सीमाशुल्क तारीख 28 फरवरी , 1982 का निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है
उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में, -
(क) क्रम सख्या 182 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों का लौप किया जाएगा ;

G.S.R. 234 (E) .-In exercise of the powers confered by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 25 of the Customs Act , 1962 ( 52 of 1962 ) , read with sub- clause ( 4) of clause 44 of the Finance Bill , 1982 , which clause has , by virtue of the declaration made in the said Finance Bill under the provisional collec- tion of Taxes Act, 1931 ( 16 of 1931 ) , the force of law, the Central Government , being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do , hereby makes the following amendment in the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue ) No , 60- Customs , dated the 28th February , 1982 .
In the Schedule to the said notification ,-
( a) Serial No. 182 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted;
( b) after Serial No. 204 and the entries relating thereto , the following shall be inserted , namely :--- "205 No. 78 -Customs , dated the 1st March, 1982. "

सं० 80/ 82-सोमा शुष्क
सा०का०नि ० 235 (अ) केन्द्रीय सरकार मीमाशुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) की धार। 25 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए अपना यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि लोकहित में ऐसा करना श्रावश्यक है, मृप्त तापित मैग्नेसाइट पर जब इनका श्रायात भारत में किया जाता है उद्ग्रहणीय उनने शुल्क से, जो सीमाशुल्क टैरिफ प्रधिनियम , 1975 ( 1975 का 51 ) की पहली अनुसूची में विनिर्दिष्ट है मूल्य के 40 प्रतिशत से अधिक है छूट देती है ।
2. यह अधिसूचना 30 अप्रैल, 1983 तक जिममें यह तारीख भी सम्मिलित है प्रभावी रहेगी ।

G.S.R. 235 (E) .In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section ( 1) of section 25 of the Customs Act , 1962 ( 52 of 1962) , the Central Government being satisfied that it is neces- sary in the public interest so to do , hereby exempt deadburnt magnesite , when imported into India , from so much of the portion of duty of customs leviable thereon which is specified in the first Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 ( 51 of 1975) , as in excess of 40 per cent valorem. ad-
2. This notification shall be in force upto and inclusive of the 30th day of April, 1983 .

सा ० का ० नि० 236 ( अ) केन्द्रीय सरकार वित्त विधेयक, 1982 के खण्ड 44 के उपखण्ड ( 4 ) के जो खण्ड अनन्तिम कर संग्रहण अधि- नियम, 1931 ( 1931 का 16) के अधीन उक्त वित्त विधेयक में की गई घोषणा के कारण विधि का बल रखती है , साथ पठित सौमाशुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 (1962 का 52) की धारा 25 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारः प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए अपना यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि गोकहित में ऐसा करना आवश्यक है, भारत सरकार के विन मन्त्रालय (राजस्व विभाग ) की अधिसूचना संख्या 60 -सीमाशुल्क तारीख 28 फरवरी, 1982 का निम्मलिखित संशोधन करती है ।
उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में,--
(क ) क्रम सख्या 18.3 और उससे सबधिन प्रविष्टियों का लोप किया जाएगा ;
(ख) क्रम संख्या 205 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित अंतःस्थापित किया जाएगा अर्थात्:--
"206 रा ० 80 -मीमाशुल्क ता० 1 मार्च, 1982 । "

सं० 82/ 82-सीमा शल्क
13 सा०का० ति० 237 ( अ) केन्द्रीय सरकार सीमाशुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) की धारा 25 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, और भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय , राजस्व विभाग की अधिसूचना सं० 241/82-सीमाशुल्फ, तारीख नवम्बर, 1981 को अधिक्रान्त करते हुए, अपना यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि लोकहित में ऐमा करना आवश्यक, है, कच्चे लोहे को जब उसका आयात भारत में किया जाए, उस पर उग्रहणीय सीमाशुल्क के उतने भाग से, जितना सीमाशुल्क टैरिफ अधिनियम, 1975 ( 1975 का 51) की पहली अनुसूची में ििनर्दिष्ट है, जो मूल्य के 20 प्रतिशत अधिक है और द्वितीय उल्लिखित अधिनियम की धारा 3 के अधीन उस पर उदग्रह- णीय मम्पूर्ण अतिरिक्त शुल्क से छूट देती है ।
2. यह अधिसूचना 31 अगस्त, 1982 जिसमे यह तारीख भी सम्मि लित है , प्रभावी रहेगी ।

G.S.R. 237 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 ( 52 of 1962) and in supersession of the notification of the Govern- ment of India in the Ministry of Finance , Department of Revenue , No. 241 81 - Customs , dated the 13th November, 1981, the Central Government , being satisfied that it is neces- sary in the public interest so to do , hereby exempts pig iron , when imported into India, from so much of that portion of the duty of customs leviable thereon which is specified in the First Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act , 1975 (51 of 1975) as is in excess of 20 per cent ad - valorem and from the whole of the additional duty leviable thereupon under section 3 of the second mentioned Act .
2. This notification shall be in force upto and inclusive of the 31st August, 1982 .

सा० का० मि० 238 ( अ) केंद्रीय सरकार वित्त विधेयक , 1982 5 खंड 140 के उप -सखण्ड ( 4) के जो खंड अन्तिम कर संग्रहण अधिनियम, 1931 ( 1931 का 16 ) के अधीन उक्त विधेयक में की गई घोषणा के कारण विधि का बल रखती है, माथ पठित सीमाशुल्क अधिनियम , 1962 (1962 का 52) की धारा 25 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए अपना यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि लोक हित में ऐसा करना आवश्क है, भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग ) ही अधिसूचना सं० 60 सीमाशुल्क तारीख 1 मार्च, 1982 का निम्नलिखित संशोधम करती है ।
उक्त अधिनियम की अनुसूची में, --
(क) क्रम सं ० 200 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों का लोप किया जाएगा ;
(ब) क्रम सं० 206 और उमसे संबंधित प्रषिष्टियों के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित अंतःस्थापित किया जाएगा अर्थात-
" 207 सं ० 82 -सीमाशुल्क ता०1-3-19821 "
