S.O. 113(E).~ln exercit,-e of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following order further to amend the Impoited Cement Control Order, 1978, namely : —
(i) Jh'is Orde, mny be called the Imported Cement Control (First Amend-
ment) Order, 1982.
(ii) ft shall come into force with effect fiom 1st March, 1982.
2. In clause 6 of the Imported Cement Control Order, 1978 for Ihc
figure "540 19" Ins figu.c "642,84" shall be substituted.
