And whereas, by the Ordeis of rhe Government of IndiU in Ihe iVfmtsliv of fndusriy (f)epaitmcnr of IndListrjiil Deve- lopment) No. S.O. l46(H/18l"A/18AAi/n>RA/78, dated the 3id Match, 1978, No. S.O. 145fE)'18FA/J8AA/lDRA./80, dated the 5th March, 1980, No. S.O. 144(E)/81, dated the 4th March, 1981, and No. S.O. 685(E)/18FA/18AA/IDRA/ 81, dated the 4th September, 1981, the Central Governmcrit authorised the authorised person to continue to manage the said industrial undertaking for further peiiods uptp and inclusive of 4th March, 1982 ;
And wherHS, the Central Government, bcin? of the opiiTion
that it was expedient in the interest of general public that the authorised peison should continue to manage 'he &M industrial undertaking, made an application under the pio- viio to sub-iection (2) of seeiion ISFA of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 19M (65 of 1951), to the Calcutta High Couit praving for (he '-ontiniiiince of iuth munagemuit ,coi" a fuilbcr per'Od of six months ;
And whereas, the said High Coiirt, by its Older dated the.
3rd Maich, 1982, permitted the authorised person to continue to manage the said industrial undertaking for a fuithcr pciiod of six months ;
And, now in exercise ol the powers confei red by the provso to sjh-sei.tion (2) of section 18FA, read vvith section 18AA, of the said Act, the Cential Government hereby directs the authorised person to continue to manage the said industrial undertaking for a fuither period of six months commencing from the 5th Murch, 10K2.
