I(LA).—In exercise, of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 52 of the Foreign Exchange Regulation ^.ct, 1973 (46 of 1973), the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Ch. Ramakrishna Rao, a substantive Grade I officer of the Central Legal Scmcc (Joint Secretary and Legal Adviser) in the Ministry of Law, Justice and Company" Affairs, Department of Legal Affnirs and presently working as Legal Adviser, Railway Board, Ministry of Railways, as Chairman of the Fo.eign Exchange Regulation Appellate Board, New Delhi, with effect from the forenoon of the 5th March, 1982, and until further order*.
