File No. 38(12)'82-EII.—Attention 'n, invited to S. No. 41(iii) at page 15 of the Policy Statement of Hxpori Policy Book, J9S1-82 according to which export of Compound Cattle and Poultry Feed is allowed within a limited ceiling on first-come, first-served basis.
2, It has been decided to release a ceilng for export of Compound ^Cattle and Poultry Feeds for the current licensing year 1981-)i2. The entire ceiling has been placed [it the disposal of Jt. Chief Controller of Imports and Exports, Bombay, who will allow export on first-come, first-served basis against 100% confirmed irrevocable Letters of Credit or advance payment received by the parties.
