ORDER
New Delhi, the 5th March, 1982
S.O. 127 (E):— Whereas, the Industrial Dispute specified in the Schedule hereto annexed Is pending before Shu Chlntaman Tukaram Dighe, Presiding Officer of the National Industrial Tribunal with Headquarters at Bombay;
And, whereas, the services of Shri C.T. Dighe are no longer available;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 7fl read with Sub-section (1) of Section 33B of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (14 of 1947), the Central Government hereby constitutes a National Industrial Tribunal with Headquarters at Bombay, the Presiding Officer of which shall be Shri M.D. Kamble, and withdraws the proceedings in relation to the said dispute pending before the said Shri Chintaman Tukaram Dighe, Presiding Officer, National Industrial Tribunal, Headquarters at Bombay, and transfers the same to Shri M.D. Kamble, Presiding Officer, National Industrial Tribunal with Headquarters at Bombay with the direc- tion that the said National Industrial Tribunal shall proceed with the proceedings from the stage at which they are transferred to it and dispose of the same according to law.
