S.O. 129(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5, read with sub-section (2) of section 27 of the Smugglers and Poreign Exchange Mani- pulators (Foifeiture of Propcity) Act, 197f>, (13 of 1976) the Central Govern- ment hereby makes the following amendment in the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Depjitmenf of Revenue) No. 471(Kj(No, 5/Admn <7)/78-Safcma,) dated the 2Kfb July, 1978, namely :—
