का० आ० 131 (अ) केन्द्रीय सरकार , भारत सरकार के विधि, न्याय और कंपनी कार्य मंत्रालय ( विधायी विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं ० 4/ 3/ 73-वक्फ, तारीख 30 दिसम्बर, 1975 ( जो अधिसूचना सं ० का ० आ० 247 , तारीख 30 दिसम्बर, 1975 के रूप में भारत के राजपत्न, भाग 2 , खंड 3, उपखंड ( ii ) तारीख 17 जनवरी , 1976 में प्रकाणित की गई थी ) के साथ पठित्त वक्फ अधिनियम , 1954 (1954 का 29) की धारा 64 की उपधारा ( 3 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शमितयो का प्रयोग करते हुए भौर का ० आ० 796 (अ ) तारीख 11 नवम्बर , 1981 का भागतः उपांतरण करते हुए , उत्तर प्रवेश के सेवा निवृत्त जिला न्यायाधीश श्री अख्तर हुसैन को श्री एस ० सी० घोसीबाल , आई० ए० एस ० उपायुक्त अम्बाला के स्थान पर उस तारीख से जिसको बाह पद ग्रहण करेंगे, पंजाब वक्फ बोर्ड का प्रशासक नियुक्त करती है और यह निवेश भी देती है कि अधिसूचना सं ० का० श्र० 68 ( अ) तारीख 9 फरवरी , 1982 में "श्री एम० सी० घोसीवाल , आई ० एस ० एम० , उपायुक्त, अम्बाला" पद के स्थान पर "उत्तर प्रदेश के सेवा निवृत्त जिला न्यायाधीश श्री अख्तर हुसैन" पद श्री अख्तर हुसैन के पद ग्रहण करने की तारीख से रखा जाएगा ।

New Delhi , the 9th March, 1982
S.O. 131 ( E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 3 ) of section 64 of the Wakf Act , 1954 (29 of 1954 ) , rend with the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Law , Justice and Company Affairs (Legislative Department ) No. 4/3 / 73 - Wakf, dated the 30th December , 1975 (published as notification No. S.O. 247 , dated the 30th De cember , 1975 in the Gazette of India , Part II-Section 3 - Sub- Section ( 11 ) , dated the 17th January , 1976) , and in partial modi- fication of S.O. 796 (E ) , dated the 11th November, 1981 , the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Akhtar Husain , retired District Judge of Uttar Pradesh , as Administrator of Punjab Wakſ Board, Ambala , vice Shri S.C. Dhosiwal , Deputy Commissioner, Ambala , with effect from the date he assumes charge, and further directs that in the notification No. S.O. 68 (E) , dated the 9th February , 1982, for the expression " Shri S.C. Dhosiwal , I.A.S. , Deputy Commissioner , Ambala ," the expres- sion " Shri Akhtar Husain , retired District Judge of Uttar Pradesh" shall be substituted with effect from the date Shri Akhtar Husain assumes charge .
