आ० अ ० 10 (अ) -भारत के राजपत्ता में तारीख 10 मार्च, 1982 को प्रकाशित अधिसूचना द्वारा राष्ट्रपति ने नीचे की सारणी के स्तम्भ 1 मे निविष्ट प्रत्येक राज्य की विधान सभा के निर्वाचित सवस्यो से यह अपेक्षा की है कि ये राज्य सभा के लिए उक्त सारणी के स्तम्भ 2 मे उक्त राज्य के सामने तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टि में विनिविष्ट सख्या में सदस्य निर्वाचित कर दे:-

अत. अब, लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम , 1951 की धारा 39 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए निर्वाचन आयोग उक्त निर्वाचन के बारे में-
(क) नामनिर्देशन करने के लिए अंतिम
17 मार्च, 1982 (बुधवार) (ख) नामनिर्देशन की सवीक्षा की 18 मार्च , 1982 ( बृहस्पतिवार) तारीख
(ग) अभ्यर्थिताए वापस लेने के लिए मन्तिम तारीख 20 मार्च , 1982 ( शनिवार )
(६) वह तारीख जिसको यदि आवश्- यक हुथा तो मतवान होगा 27 मार्च, 1982 ( शनिवार )
(ङ) वह तारीख जिसके पूर्व निर्वाचन 30 मार्च, 1982 (मंगलवार ) पूरा कर लिया जाएगा नियुक्त करता है ।

Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 1 ) of section 39 of the Representation of the People Act , 1951 , the Election Commission hereby appoints with respect to the said election.
(a) 17 March , 1982 ( Wednesday) , as the last date for making nominations;
(b) 18 March , 1982 (Thursday ) , as the date for the scrutiny of nominations ;
(c) 20 March , 1982 ( Saturday) , as the last date for the withdrawal of candidatures;
(d) 27 March , 1982 ( Saturday) , as the date on which a poll shall , if necessary, be taken ; and
(e) 30 March , 1982 (Tuesday ) , as the date before which the election shall be completed .

आ० अ० 11 ( अ) लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 की धारा 56 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियो का प्रयोग करते हुए, निर्वाचन आयोग, राजपत्र में तारीख 10 मार्च, 1982 को प्रकाशित राष्ट्रपति की अधि- सूचना के अनुसरण में निम्नलिखित सारणी के स्तम्भ 1 मे तत्स्थानी प्रबि- ष्टि में विनिविष्ट राज्यों से राज्य सभा के लिए होने वाले द्विवाधिक निर्वाचन में, उस सारणी के स्तम्भ 2 में विनिर्दिष्ट समय , उस समय के रूप में नियत करता है, जिसके दौरान यदि मावश्यक हुआ तो मतदान होगा ।
