New Delh', the 12th March, 1982
G.S.R. 247(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clauss (1) of clause (4) and sub-clause (1) oi ckiure 4B of ihc Vegetable Oil Products Contiol Order, 1947, the Vegetable Oil Products Controller for India hereby makes the. following Order further to amend the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Civil Supplies No. GSR. 717(E), dated the 26th December. 1980, namely :—
In the said Order, in the Table after the existing proviso to Item ], in column (I), the following further poviso ;;hall be added ut the end, namely :—
''Provided further that when imported vegetable oils are used in vunaspwli for supply to the Army Purchase Organisation of the Government, the percentage of such vegetable o'ls shall not exceed Wf (ninety five pe;1 cent)".
2. This order shul! come into force immediately.
