अतः , अब लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम , 1951 की धारा 39 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियो का प्रयोग करते हुए निर्वाचन आयोग उक्त निर्वाचत के बारे में-

(ख) नामनिर्देशमो की समीक्षा की तारीख 20 मार्च, 1982 (शनिवार )
(ग) अभ्यथिताए वापस लेने के लिए 22 मार्च, 1982 ( सोमबार ) अंतिम तारीख
भा०अ० 14 ( জ ).-भारत के रराजपक्ष में तारीख 12 मार्च , 1982 को प्रकाशित अधिसूचना द्वारा राष्ट्रपति ने नीचे की सारणी के स्तम्भ 1 में विभिर्दिष्ट प्रत्येक राज्य की विधास सभा के निर्वाचित सदस्यों से यह अपेक्षा की है कि वे गश्य सभा के लिए उक्त सारणी के स्तम्भ 2 में उक्त राज्य के सामने तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टि में विनिविष्ट संख्या में सदस्य निर्वाचित कर दें :-

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 1) of section 39 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 , the Election Commission hereby appoints with respect to the said election---
(a) 19 March , 1982 (Friday) , as the last date for making nominations;
(b) 20 March , 1982 (Saturday) , as the date for the scrutiny of nominations ;
(c) 22 March , 1982 (Monday) , as the last date for the withdrawal of candidatures ;
(d) 29 March , 1982 (Monday) , as the date on which a poll shall , if necessary , be taken , and
(e) 31 March, 1982 (Wednesday) , as the date before which the election shall be completed .
O.N. 15 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by section 56 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 , the Election Commission heroby fixes the hours specified in column 2 of the Table below, as the hours during which the poll shall , if necessary be taken at the biennial election to the Council of States , in the States specified in the corresponding entry in column 1 of the said Table, to be held in pursuance of the President's notification published in the Gazette of India on the 12th March , 1982 .

मा० व० 15 ( न) . लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 की धारा 56 द्वारा प्रदत्त्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , निर्वाचन प्रायोग , राजपत्त में तारीख 12 मार्च 1982 को प्रकाशित राष्ट्रपति की अधिसूचना के अनुसरण में निम्नलिखित सारणी के स्तम्भ 1 में तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टि में विनिदिष्ट राज्यों से राज्य सभा के लिए होने वाले वार्षिक निर्वाचन में उस सारणी के स्तम्भ 2 में विनिर्दिष्ट समय , उस समय के रूप में नियत करता है , जिसके दौरान यदि आवश्यक हुआ तो मत्तवान होगा--
