G.S.R. 25l)(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1)
of section 25 of the diatoms, Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), read with sub-clause (41 of clause 44 of ihc Finance Bill, 1082, which clause has, by virtue of the declaration made in Ihc wid Bill under the Provisional Collec- tion of Tuxes Act, 1931, (16 of 1931), the force of law, the Centiul Government, being satisfied that H iy necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following .imcndmenl in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 68-Oustoms, dated Ihc 28th February, 1982, namely :—
In the Table annexed to the vaij notification, against SI. No. 4, in column
(2), for the entry, the following entry ;.-hall be substituted, namely :—
'"Alloy steel (other than stainless steel or heat-resisting steel) in the forms mentioned in Heading Nos. 73.06/07, 73.10 (excluding bright bars), 73.11, 73.12 and 73,13 and fal'ing under sub-head;ng No. (1) "f Heading No. 73.15".
