G.S.R. 252(E).—The following Order made by the President on the 6th
Merch, 1982 is published for general information:—
The Governor ol Hlmachal Pradesh (ABowances and Privileges) Amend-
ment Order, 1982
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 35 of the State of Himachal Pradesh Act, Act, 1970 (53 of 1970), the President hereby makes the follow- ing Order to amend the Governor of Himachal Pradesh (Allowances and Pri- vileges) Order, 1971, Namely:—
• '
1. (1) This Order may be called the Governor of Himachal Pradesh (Allow-
ances and Privileges) Amendment Order, 1982.
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the official
gazette.
2. In the Governor of Himachal Pradesh (Allowances and Privileges) Order, 1971, paragraph 8 shall be renumbered as sub-paragraph (1) thereof and after sub-paregraph (1) as so renumbered the following sub-paragraph sljall be in- serted, namely :—
"(2) In addition to the allowances and privileges referred to in para- graph 7, there shall be charged on and paid out of th*; Consolidated Fund of the State to the Governor of Himachal Pradesh an amount of Ra. 8,03,000 during the year 1981-82 for refurnishing thfi Raj Wavan at Slmlij,"
