ORDER
New Delhi, Che 17th March, 1982
S.O. 138(E)/l8A/IDRA/82.—Whereas, by the Order of the Government of India in the Lite Ministry of Industrial Development No. S.O. 6O8(E)/18A/ fDRA/72, tinted the 18lh September, 1972 (hereinafter referred to as the said Order,), the management of the industrial undertaking known as the Indian Rubber Manufacturers Limited, Calcutta, has been taken over for a period upto and inclusive of the 17th September, 1977;
And whereas, by the Order of the Government of India No. S.O. 638(E)/ 1KA/IDRA/77, dated the 26th August, 1977 the said Order was, extended for a further period upto and inclusive of the 17th September, 1979 ;
And, whereas, by the Orders of the Government of India No. S.O. 520(E)/
18A/IDRA/79, dated the 17th September, 1979 and S.O. 704/18A/ TDRA/81 dated the 17lh September, 1981, the duration of the said Order was further extended for ,i further period upto and inclusive of the 17th March, 1982.
And, whereas the Central Government is of opinion that it is expedient in the public interest that the said Order should continue !o have effect for a further period of six months ;
Now, therefore, in exercise of (he powers conferred by proviso of section 18A of the Industi ics (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby directs that the said order shall continue to have effect for a further peiiod of six months, upto and inclusive of thi 17lh September, 1982.
