S.O. 140(E).—The following Order made by the Pre-
sident is published for general infoimation :—
ORDER
S.O. I4U(K).—The following Ordci made by the Pic- had on the 2lit March, 1980, mude an Order suspending lor w peiiod of six months from that date the operation of certain piovisiorrs of the Delhi Administration Act, 196b (19 of 19661 (hereinafter referred to as "the Act");
And wheieus 1 had on the 20th September, 1980, 20th March, 1981 and 19th Septcmbti, 1981, made further Orders continuing the suspension of the operation of the provisions of the Act suspended under the aforesaid Order for a fur- thei penoi.1 of six months on each occasion irom the date on which the first mentioned Order would otherwise have expired;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sction 31 of the Act and of all other powers enabling me in that behalf, I hereby direct that the operation of the provisions of the Act suspended by \iitiie of clutue (a) of the first mentioned Order shall continue to remain sus- pended for a further period of six months with effect fiom the 21st day of March, 1982, and that for the words "two- years" occurring in the" said clause GO. as subsequently am- ended, the words "two years anil si\ months' shall he substituted.
