Consequent upon appointment of Air Chief Marshal 1. II. Latif (Retd.) as Governor of Maharashtra and hi? resignation from the Public Enterprises Selec- tion Board, the President is pleased to appoint Prof. Rais Ahmed as Member of the Public Enterprises Selection Board wilh immediate effect.

ORDER

Ordered that the Resolution be published in the Gazette of India (Extra- ordinary).

Ordered also that a copy of the Resolution be communicated to all Minis- tries/Departments of the Government of India, Public Undertakings and all others concerned.
