G.S.R. 2S8(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by suh-scctkin (ll of section 25 of ihe Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 95-Customs, dated the 9ln May, 1980, namely :—
In the said noL'fication, for the word '"capacitors", in the two places where it occurs, the words "electrolytic capacitors" shall be substi- tuted.
