NOTIFICATION
G.S.R.26I(E).—Whereas certain draft rules further to amen the Aircraft Rules, 1937, were published with the notificatioi of the Government of India in tho Ministry of Tourism ani Civil Aviation, No.GSR 1140 dated the 16th December 1981 al pages 2743-44 of the Gazette of India, Part n, Section 3, Sub- section (0 dated the 19th December 1981 inviting objections and suggestions from all persons likely to be affected thereby befort the expiry of a period of three months from the date of publi- cation of tho said notification in the Official Gazette.
And whereas, the said notification was made available to the public on the 19th December, 1981.
And whereas, the objections or suggestions received from the public have been taken into consideration.
Now therefore, in exercise of tho powers conferred by Sj;tio.i 5 of tho Aircraft Act, 1934 (22 of 1934),the Central Government hereby makes tho following rules further to am:nd the Aircra ft Rules 1937, namely: |||
2. In tho Aircraft Rules, 1937, in Schedule V, for sub-para T "LANDING CHARGE" under paragraph 1. in Section B the following sub-paragraph shall bo substituted, namely.-^ '

Exceeding 20,000 Kgs. Rs. 301.30 plus Rs. 40.00 per 1,000 Kgs. in excess of 20,000 Kgs.
Note (i) Calculation will bo made on the basis of nearest 1 000 Kgs.
