imported equipments of Hazira Fertilizer Project, Surat of the Krishak Bharati Co-operative Limited, New Delhi men- tioned in their letter No. HP|06|5|4UU9|KGL-275 dated 7th August, 1981 addressed to the Secretary Centra] Board of Excise- & Customs, Govt. of India, Mifiislry of Hnancc, De- partment of Revenue, New Delhi. The above landing place is declared to have been located on land survey No. 255A of village Kawas, Taluka Chaurusi, Dist. Surat and adjoining survey Nos, are 259(North), 254(N), 7UW), and 255(E) and the size of wharf and rump will be as under, as declared by tile Krishak Uhoruti Co-op. (Haz;ra Project) in their drawing "f project No. 1780 dated 7-8-1980 furniyhed to this office.

G.S.B. 263(K).—In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (a) of Section 8 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), I, Shri B. V. Kumar, Collector uf Customs, Gujarat, Ahmedabad, hereby approve a temporary berth in the form of H wharf and a ramp (slip way) on the right bank of Tapti River at the project site of the Krishak Bharti Coop. Ltd., (KRIBHCO) New Delhi located at- approximately 15 K.M. upstream of the River Tapti from the Hazira Light House, approachablo by Navigational channel as a tempo- ral y landing place for unloading of 13 (thirteen) oversize
This notification shall remain in force nil all the 13 (thirteen) items of heavy over sized imported equipments of Hazira fertilizer Project, Surat are landed nt the above landing place and cleared from the customs charge.
