S. O. 163(E),—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause 8 of the Jute (Licensing & Control) Older, 1961, 1, S. P. Mallik, Jute Commis^ionei hereby fix Rs. 538.82 per 100 bags as the maximum ex-factory price at which B. Twills (a variety of jute textiles) of the size 43-1/2* x 2(>l/2" Hd. W.I.P. 44" x 26-1/2" Hd. 2-1/4 lbs. per bag, 6 x 8, 3 blue, dry sewn and conforming in all other respects to Iho current ISI specification (No, 13 : 2566—1965 as amended up-to-date) shall be purchased or sold during the month of April, 1982.
Provided that the price so ti\ed shall be reduced to the extent as specified in column (2) or column (3) or both of tho Table below, in respect of the minimum breaking strength as spoci- fled in the corresponding entry in column (1) of the said Table.

2. The price fixed under this notiikation shall be exclusive of duty of excise and the sales tax which shall be paid in addi- tion to the ex-fctory price by the purchaser at actuals.

O. 517(E) dated the 25th September, 1973, tho Doputy Jute Commissioner, Calcutta hereby fixes Rs. 413.10 per 100 bags as tho maximum ex-factory price at which B. T will (a variety of jute textiles) of the size 33" x 26-1/2'Hd. W. I. P. 44" x 26-1/2" Hd. 2-1/4 lbs per bag, 6 x 8, 3-blue, dry sewn and conforming in all other, respects to the current ISI specification (No. IS : 2566-1965 as amended up-to-date) shall be purchased or sold during the month of April 1982.
