1. उन भ्रन्तर्वस्तु के सम्बन्ध में वर उम स्थिति में देय होगी , जब निर्माता/ निर्यानकर्ता पोत लवान के समय यह घोषणा करता है, और यदि आवश्यक हो तो संहायक सीमा शुल्क समाहर्ता के समाधानप्रद रूप में इस सम्बन्ध में प्रमाण प्रस्तुन करता है कि धागा वस्टेंड धागा है ।
2. उपर्युक्त मव ( च ) और ( छ) के अन्तर्गम बुनाई क्यालिटी के धागे से सम्बन्धित मत्र ( 1 ) के सामने प्रतिश्रचायगो की 10.00 रु ० (केवल वसे रुपये ) की राम तभी देय होगी जब निर्यातकर्ता सम्बन्धित महायक समार्ता के समाधानप्रव रूप से इस भाशय का साक्ष्य प्रस्तुत करता है कि बूल टाप्स के सम्बन्ध में वूल टॉप्स के निर्माता में उपर्युक्त केन्द्रीय उत्पावन पशुल्क की अदायगी बिना किसी विरोध के कर दी है ।

1. उन अन्तर्वस्तु के सम्बन्ध में प्रतिश्रदायगी की दरें उस स्थिति में वेय होंगी , जय निर्माता/ निर्यात रुर्ता पौस लदान के समय यह घोषणा करता और यदि आवश्यक हो तो सम्बन्धिन सहायक समाहर्ता के समाधानप्रय रूप में इम सम्बन्ध में साक्ष्य प्रस्तुत करता है कि धागा वस्टेंट है ।

2. उरर्युक्त मद ( च) और (छ ) के अन्तर्गत बुनाई को क्वालिटी के धागे से सम्बन्धित मय ( 1 ) के सामने की प्रतियवायगी की 10.00 रुपये वम रुपये ) अथवा 10.50 रुरत्रे (केवल दस रुपे पचास पैसे ) की रकन तभी वेत्र होती, अन निर्यातकर्ता सम्बन्धित सहायक समाहर्ता के सना प्रव रूप में यह साक्ष्य प्रस्तुत करता है कि वूज टाप्स के सन्वन्ध में भूत टाप्स के निर्माता ने उपर्युक्त केन्द्रीय उत्पादन शुल्स को भदायगी बिना किसी जिरोष के कर दी है ।
यह सार्वजनिक सूचना मार्च, 1982 के प्रथम त्रिन लागू हुई मामी जाएगी ।

( ii) यविप्रयुक्त ऊनी बागा 18 बी० डब्स्न्यु० एम ० मम्पूर्ण केन्द्रीय उत्पादन शुल्क सूत्रांक से अधिक अथवा 18 और उससे कम सूत्राक ये० डब्ल्यू० एस० का वस्टैंड धागा हो सो उम स्थिति में उपक्रमांक 2602 के अनुसार उसमें उल्लिखित शतौँ, यदि कोई हो, के अधीन रहने हुए प्रतिश्रवायगी को उचित दर लगेगी ।
2803 ( ब) हाथमे गाठ लगाकर हाथ से बनाए गये कालोन 0.90६० ( केवल नध्ये पैसे ) प्रति किलोग्राम जत्र उसका सम्पूर्ण केन्द्रीय उत्पादन शुल्क धागा रंगा गया हो अथवा नगरंगा गया हो अथवा अधिकांश रंगीन हो ।
स्पष्टीकरणः " अभी काल'न" से अभिप्राय ऐसे कालीन से है जिसमें ऊनी धागा अन्तर्वस्तु भार में 50 प्रतिशत से कम नहीं हो । यह सार्वजनिक सूचमा जून, 1981 के प्रथम वित में लागू हुई समझी जाल्मी
