S. O. 167 (E)—Whereas the Central Government is satis- fied that in relation to the Cauvery Sugar and Chemicals Limited, Cauvery Factory, manufacturing sugar at Pettaivaytalai in the district of Tiruchirapalli in the State of Tamil Nadu, being the notified sugar undertaking, it is necessary so to do in the interests of the general public with a view to preventing the fall in the volume of production of the sugar industry;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1), read with sub-section (2), of section 7 of the Sugar Undertakings (Taking Over of Management) Act, 1978 (49 of 1978), and in continuation of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Agriculture (Department of Food) No. S. O.112(E), dated the 19th February, 1981, the Central Government hereby declares that the opera- tion of all obligations and liabilities accuring or arising out of

all contracts, assurances of property, agreements, settlements, awards, standing orders or other instruments in force immedia- tely before the 28th March, 1980 (other than those relating to secured liabilities to banks and financial institutions) to which the said sugar undertaking or the person owing the said sugar undertaking is a party, or which may be applicable to the said sugar undertaking or that person, shall remain suspended for a further period of one year from the 28th March, 1982.

O. 1S9 (2)—Whereas the Central Government is satisfied that in relation to the Jijamata Sahkari Sakhar Karkhana Limited, manufacturing sugar at Shankarnagar in the district of Buldana in the State of Maharashtra, being the notified suga-'" undertaking, it is necessary so to do in the interests of the general public with a view to preventing the fall in the volume of pro- duction of the sugar industry;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sab-section (1), read with sub-section (2), of section 7 of the Sugar Undertakings (Taking Over the Management) Act, 1978 (49 of 1978), and in continuation of the notification of the G > v r a n ' nt of India m the Ministry of Agriculture (Department of Food) No. 3. S.O.t168(E).—Whereas the Central Government is satisfied that in relation to the Rai Bahadur Narain Singh Sugar Mills Limited, manufacturing sugar at Lhaksar in the district of Saha- ranpu* in the State of Uttar Pradesh, bsing the notified sugar undertaking, it is necessary so to do in the interests of the general public with a view to preventing ths fall in the volume of pro- duction of the sugar industry;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1), read with sub-section (2), of ssction 7 of the Sugar Undertakings (Taking Over of Management) Act, 1978 (49 of 1978), and in continuation of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Agriculture (Depart- ment of Food) No. S.O. 107(E), dated the 19th February, 1981, the Central Government hereby declares that the operation of all obligations and liabilities accruing or ansb^ oat of al! Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1), read with sub-section (2), of section 7 of the Sugar undertakings (Taking Over of Mana-jcnenf) Act, 1978 (49 of 1978), and in continuation of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Agriculture (Department of Food) No. S.O. 109(E), dated the 19th Februa-y, J981,the Central Government hereby dedaies that the opeiatioa of all obligations and liabilities accruiig or arisui^ out cu all co iLYuts assurances of property, agreements, settlements, award; .stan- ding orders or other instruments in force immediately before the 23th Mirch, 1980 to which the said sugar undertaking or the per- soa owning the said sugar undertaking is a party, or which may be applicable to the said sugar undertaking or that person, shall remain suspended for a further period of one year from the 28th March, 1982.

O. 172 (E)—Whereas the Central Government is satisfied that in relation to the Soksaria Sugar Mills Limited, manufac- turing sugar at Babhnan in the district of Gonda in the State of Uttar Pradesh, being the notified sugar undertaking, it is neces- sary so to do in the interests of the_general public with a new to preventing the fall in the'volume of production of the sugar industry;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by calusc (b) of sub-section(D) read with sub-section (2), of section 7 of the Sugar Undertakings (Taking Over of Management) Act, 1978 (49 of 1978; and in continuation of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Agriculture (Department of Food) No, S. O. I ll (E), dated the 19th Feb- ruary, 1981, the Central Government hereby dtclarcs that the operation of all obligations and liabilities accuring or arising out of all contracts, assurances of property, agreements, settle- ments, awards, standing orders or olhcr instruments in forco immediately before the 28th March, 1980 (other than those relating to secured liabilities to banks nnd financial institutions) to which the said sugar undertaking or the person owning the said sugar undertaking is a party, or which may be applicable to the said sugar undertaking or that person, shall remain sus- pended for a further period of one year from the 28th March, 1982.

[F. No. 13-1/82-NSU-HJ S. O. 173 (E)—Whereas the Central Government is satis- fied that in relation to the Shri Keshoraipatan Sakhaii Sugar Mills Limited, manufacturing sugar at Keshoraipatan in then district of Bundi in the State of Rajasthan, being the notified sugar undertaking, it is necessary so to do in the interests of the general public with a view to prevenitng the fall in the volume of production of the sugar Industry;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by cLiust (b) of sub-section (1), read with sub-section (2), of section 7 of tbc Sugar Undertakings (Taking Over of Management Act, 1978 (49 of 1978), and in continuation of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Agriculture (Dcpartmcnl of Food) No. S.0.113(E), dated the 19th February, 1981, the Central Government hereby declares that the operation of all obligations and liabilities accuring or arising out of all contracts, assurances of properly, agreements, settlements, awards, standing orders or other instruments in force immedia- tely before the 28th March, 1980 (other than thoso relating to secured liabilities to banks and financial institutions) to which the said sugar undertaking or the person owning tho said sugar undertaking is a puity, or which may be appliablc to the said sugar undertaking or that person, shall remain suspended for a further period of ono year from the 28th March, 1981.
