S.O.176(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1) of section 19 of the Minimum Wages Act, 1948 (11 of 1948) and in supersession of the notification of the Govern- ment of India in the Ministry of Labour S.O. No. 1807 dated the 12th May, 1976 the Coatral Govcinmant hereby appoint the officers mentioned in column (2) of the Table bolow to be Inspectors for the purpose of the aaid Act in the areas specified against them in column 3 thereof, jiamely;—-

S.O. 177(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1) of section 20 of the Minimum Wages Act, 1948 (11 of 1948) and in supersession of the notification of the Govern- ment of India In the Ministry of Labour, S.O. No. 1808, dated 12-5-1976 the Central Government hereby appoints the officers mentioned in column (2) of the Table below to be the authority to hear and decide all claims arising out of payment of loss than the minimum rates of wages or in respect of the payment of remu- neration for days of rest or for work done on such days under clause (b) or clause (c) of sub-section (1) of Section 13 or of wages at the overtime rate under section 14, to the employees employed and engaged in tho Scheduled employments In relation to which the Central Government is the appropriate Government in the areas specified against them In column (3) thereof, namely:—
