G.S.R. 274(E),—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is nci:c:s;iiy in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government or India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 86-Customs, dnted tho 25th Apiil, 1978, namely :—
In paragraph 2 of the notification, for the figures, letters and words "3liit day of March, 1982", the fipures. letters and words "31st day of March, 1983" shall be substituted.
