G.S.R- 276(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following, further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Depart- ment of Revenue, No. 200-Customs dated the 28th Septem- ber, 1979, namely :—
In the s a id notification, for the figures, letters and words "31st day of March, 1982" the figures, letters and words "31st day of March, 1983" shall be substituted.

G.S.R. 277(E).—In exercise of the- powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 Of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), read with sub-clause (4) of clause 44 of the Finance Bill, 1982, which clause has, by virtue of the dec- laration made in the said Bill under tho Provisional Collec- tion of Titxes Act, 1931 (16 of 1931), the force of law, tho the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to Jo, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue No. 69/ 82-Customs, dated the 28th February, 1982, namely :—
In the said notification, for the figures, letters and words "31st March. 19"2", the figures, letters and words "31st day of March, 1983", shall be substituted.
