1976 (21 of 1976), the Central Government, being requested so to do by Bank of Baroda, establishes, with effect from the 30th March, 1982 a Regional Rural Bank in the State of Gujarat under the name of Panchmahal Gramin Bank which shall operate within the local limits of the district of Panchmahal in the State of Gujarat.
