S.O. 205(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1) of section 4 of the Regional Rural Banks Act, 1976 (21 of 1976), the Central Government, after consulta- tion with the Reserve Bank of India and Bank of India, by which Dewas Shajapur Kshetriya Gramin Bank has been sponsored, specifies Dewas as the place where Dewas Shaja- pur Kshetriya Gramin Bank shall have its head office.
