ORDER

New Delhi, the .list March. 1982

G.S.R. 284(E). -Whereas it appears to the Central Government that it is necessary and expedient so to do for seeming the cpuilablc distribution of the essential commodity, namely, fertiliser.

Now, therefore, in exercise of the power conferred by Section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955) the Central Government hereby directs that the manufacturers specified in the schedule given below :

1. shall sell to the registered fertiliser dealers in the States, Union Territories and the Commodity Gardens mentioned in Column I of the said schedule fertilisers of the description and quantity mentioned therein (hiring the period 1st February, 1982 to 31st July, 1982 at the rate of one-sixth of the quantity specified in the schedule in month and

2. shall submit to the Central Government and the State Governments or Union Territories and Commodity Boards pertaining t o the Commodity Gardens mentioned in Column 1 of the said schedule statement by 10th day of every month containing therein : —

(i) The quantity of fertilisers despatched to various dealers in the States, Union Territories and the Commodity Gardens mentioned in column 1 with the dates of despatch during previous month; and

(if) The quantity of fertilisers which the said manufacturers proposes to despatch to the various dealers in the State. Union Terri- tories and Commodity gardens mentioned in Column 1 in the succeeding month.
