S.O. 212(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1) of section 4 of the Regional Rural Banks Act, 1976 (21 of 1976), the Central Government, after consulta- tion with the Reserve Bank of India and State Bank of India, by which Sangameshwara Grameena Bank has been sponsored, specifies Mahboobnagar as the place where Sanga- meshwara Grameena Bank shall have its head office.

354 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(il)'S.O. 213(E).—In pursuance of sub-clause (iii) of clause (a) of sub-section (6) of section 42 of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 (2 of 1934), the Central Government hereby notifies, for the purposes* of the said sub-clause, Sangamesh- ware Grameena Bank, Mahboobnagar being an institution established under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Regional Rural Banks Act. 1976 (21 of 1976).

S.O. 215(E).—In pursuance of clause (a) of sub-section (6) of section 42 of the Reserve Bank of India, Act, 1934 (2 of 1934) the Reserve Bank of India hereby directs tho inclusion in the Second Schedule to the said Act of the following bank, namely :—
"Sangameshwara Grameena Bank, Mahboobnagar, S.O. 214(E>.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section (1) of section 11 of the Regional Rural Banks Act, 1976 (21 of 1976), the Central Government hereby appoints Shri T. Narsimha Murthi as the Chairman of the Sanga- meshwara Grameena Bank, Mahboqbnagar and specifies the period commencing on the 31-3-1982 and ending with the 31-3-1985 as the period for which the said Shri T, Narsimha Murthi shall hold office as such Chairman.
