New Delhi, the 31st March, 1982
S.O. 233(E).—1" exeicke o{ the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Essen- tial Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following oidei further to amend the Imported Cement Control Order, 197? namely :—
(i) Thii Order fnay bo called the Imported Cement Control (Second
Amendment) Order, 1982.
(ii) It shail come into force with effect from the 1st April, 1982.
2. In clause 6 of the lmpoit"t Cement Control Ordei, 1978 for the figure
"642.84" the figure "640.57" shall be substituted.
