सा.का. नि. 289 (म) (1962 का 52) की धारा 25 की करते हुए , अपना यह समाधान हो केन्द्रीय सरकार , सीमाशुल्क उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त जाने पर कि लोकहित में 1962 अधिनियम , शक्तियों का प्रयोग ऐसा करना आवश्यक

है , भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय राजस्व विभाग की अधिसूचन सं . 201- सीमाशुल्क तारीख14 अक्तूबर , 1980 का निम्नलिखिताः संसोधन करती है ,
अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में-
(1 ) उक्त अधिसूचना के प्रारम्भिक भाग में 14 अक्तूबर , 1980 " अंकों और शब्द के स्थान पर , 14 अक्तूबर , 1980 या भारत सरकार के वाणिज्य मंत्रालय की लोक सूत्रमा संख्यांक 53 - आई टी सी (पी एन ) /81 , तारीख 25 अक्तूबर , 1981और 66- आई टी सी (पीएन) / 81 , तारीख 23 दिसम्बर , 1981 व्वारा विदेश में प्रदर्शनियों में विक्रय के लिए स्वर्ण आभूषणों और वस्तुओं के निर्यात की स्कीम ' शब्द , अंक और कोष्ठक रखे जाएंगे ;
(2) शर्त ( 2) में , " आयातकर्ता या उसका प्राधिकृत प्रतिनिधि शब्दों के पूर्व " विदेशीक्रेता द्वारा प्रदत्त स्वर्ण के बदले स्वर्ण आभूषणों के निर्यात की स्कीम की दशा में " शब्द अन्तःस्थापित किए जाएंगे ।

New Delhi , the 1st April , 1982 NO . 100 /82 -CUSTOMS
G.S.R. 289(E) .-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 25 of the Customs Act , 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Contral Government , being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do , hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance , Department of Revenue , No. 201 -Customs , dated the 14th October , 1980 , namely :--
In the said notification-
( i) In the opening portion , for the figures , letters and word " 14th Octo- ber, 1980" the words , figures , letters and brackets " 14th October , 1980 or the Scheme for export of gold ornaments and articles for sale at exhibitions abroad notified by the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce in the Public Notices Nos . 52 - ITC ( PN ) / 81 dated 26th October, 1981 and 66 - ITC ( PN)/ 81 dated 23rd Decem- ber, 1981 " shall be substituted ;
(ii) in condition ( ii) , before the words " the importer or his authorised representative" , the words "in the case of the Scheme for export ofGold Jewellery against gold supplied by the foreign buyer," shall be inserted.

सा.का. नि . 290 (अ ) केन्द्रीय सरकार , सीमाशुल्क टैरिफ अधिनियम , 1975 ( 1975 का 51) की धारा 4 की उपधारा ( 3 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और भारत सरकार के राजस्व और बैंकिंग विभाग की अधिसूचना सं . 352- सीमा- शूल्क , तारीख 2 अगस्त , 1976 को अधिक्रान्त करते हुए , नीचे सारणी में विनिर्दिष्ट देशों को उक्त धारा के प्रयोजनार्थ " अधिमानी क्षेत्र" घोषित करती है ।

G.S.R. 290(E ) .- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (3 ) of section 4 of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 ( 51 of 1975) and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Department of Revenue and Banking No. 352 -Customs dated the 2nd August , 1976 , the Central Gov- ernment hereby declares the countries specified in the Table below to be " pre- ferential areas " for the purposes of the said section .
