In the said notification, for paragraph 2, the following paragraph shall be substitu- ted, namely :—
"2, Item (g) of the first proviso shall be in force upto and inclusive of the 31st day of March, 1983." G.S.R. 2MfE). —In cxoralso of the powtrs conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Cen- tral Government hereby directs that each of tho notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Depart- ment of Revenue), specified in column (2) of the Table hereto annexed shall ba further amended in the manner specified in tho corresponding entry In column (3) of the said Table.
