" In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1) of Section 3 of the All India Services Act, 1951, (6i of 1951), read with rule 4 of the Indian Forest Service (Cadre) Riles, 1966, the Central Government In oonsultJrtion with the Government of Bihar, hereby mafres the following regulations further to amend thp Indian Forest Service-{Fixation of Cadre Strength) Regulations, 1966, namely :—

1. (1) These regulations may be called the Indian Forest Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) FtHt Amendment Regulations, 1982.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publica-

tion in the Official Gazette.
