विषय :-व्यापार संबंधी केन्द्रीय सलाहकार परिषर्ष का मठन ।
सं. 3 (1)/80 - ई. पौर-दिनांक 30 अप्रैल , 1981 तथा 6 जुलाई , 1981 के समसंख्यक संकल्प के साथ पठित विनाक 16 मार्च , 1961 के समसंख्यक संकल्प के अंतर्गत भारत सरकार ने णिज्य मंत्रालय में 13 गार्च , 1981 से व्यापार संबंधी केन्द्रीय मलाहकार परिषद का पुनर्गठन किया था ।
2 दिनांक 16 मार्च , 1981 पं. संकल्प के पैरा 3 को निम्नलिखित रूप में प्रतिस्थापित किया जाए

" 3 केन्द्रीय सलाहकार परिषद में 33 सदस्य होंगे जैसा कि संलग्न अनुसु में दिया गया है । इसकी अध्यक्षता बाणिज्य मंत्रालय के राज्य मंत्री अध्यक्ष के रूप में और उनकी मनुपस्थिति में बाणिज्य मंत्रालय में उपमंत्री उपाध्यक्ष के रूप में करेंगे । परिषद् ४० सदस्य 13 मार्च , 1981 से 2 वो की अवाम के लिए पद पर रहेंगे । "
3. उपयुक्त संकल्प के साथ संलग्न अनुसूची में श्रेणी 1 के अधीन क्रमांक 1 तथा 2 पर विद्यमान प्रविष्टियों को निम्भोक्त प्रकार प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा :-
अध्यक्ष
1. वाणिज्य मंत्रालय के राज्य मंत्री
उपाध्यक्ष
2. वाणिज्य मंत्रालय में उप मंत्री
आवेश
आदेश दिया जाता है कि संकल्प की 'एक-एक प्रति अध्यक्ष , उपाध्यक्ष , परिषद के सदस्यों , राष्ट्रपति के निजी सचिव तथा सौनक संचित , प्रधान मंत्री का कार्यालय , योजना मधौंग , भारत सरकार के सभी मंत्रालयी तथा भारत की सभी राज्य सरकारों को भेज दी जाए ।
यह भी आदेश दिया आता है कि संकल्प सार्वजनिक जानकारी के लिए भारत के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित किया जाए ।

New Delhi , the 2nd April , 1982
Subjeot . Central Advisory Council on Trade constitution of .
No. 3( 1 ) /80- E . POL.- Under Resolution of even number dated 16th March, 1981, read with Resolution of even no . dated the 30th April , 1981 , and 6th July, 1981 , the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce had re- constituted the Central Advisory Council on Tratte w.e.f. 13th March , 1981 .
2. Para 3 of the Resolution dated 16th March , 1981 , may be substituted as follows:-
"3. The Central Advisory Council will consist of 33 members as shown in the schedule annexed . It will be presided over by the Minister of State of the Ministry of Commerce as Chairman and, in his absence , by the Deputy Minister in the Ministry of Commerce as Vice -Chairman . The members of the Council will hold office for a period of 2 years with effect from 13th March, 1981, " भारत का राजपत्र असाधारण

3. The existing entries at S. No. 1 and 2 under category I in the Schedule amexed to the above mentioned Resolution may be substituted as follows :-
1. Minister of State of the Ministry of Commerce-Chairman .
Deputy Minister in the Ministry of Commerce Vice-Chairman.
ORDER
Ordered that a copy of the Resolution be communicated to the Chairman, Vice-Chairman , Members of the Council , the Private Secretary and Military Secretary to the President , the Prime Minister's Office, the Planning Com- mission , all Ministries of the Government of India and all the State Govern- ments in India.
Ordered also that the Resolution be published in the Gazette of India for General information .
