IMPORT TRADE CONTROL
S.O 2€S(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the
Imports und Exports (Control) Act, 1947 (18 of 1947), the Central Government hereby makes me following order further to amend the Imports (Control) Order, 1P55 :
(1) This Order may be called the Imports (CdftWl) Second Amendment
Order, 1982.
(2) In the Imports (Control) Order, 1$55^ after the casting clause 10.A, the
following clause shall be added, namely :—>
"10. AA Declaration as to Irtijjorter Code N u m b e r-
On the importation into a/iy customs port of any goods, thi; importer shall, in the Bill of Entry or any other documents prescribed by Rules, state the 'ImjSorfer Code Number' allotted to him by the licensing authority in accordance witfj the procedure prescribed by tbe'Chief Controller of Imports &'Exports, ftnd'Shall subscribe a declaration of the trufh of such qtat?ropnt ,
