New Delhi, the 13th April, 1982

O.N. 30(E).—Tn exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 22 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 {43 of 1951). the Election Commission hereby directs that the following further amendment* shall be made in its notification No. 434/MT/7SK2), dated the 18th October, 1979, namely :—

In column 2 of tho Table appended to the said notification against item 10. 'Returning Officer for 10-Thanc parliamentary constituency", for the existing

entries numbered 2, 3 and 5, tho following entries shall bo substituted ;

"2. Special Land Acquisition Officer, Diwa-Bassein Road/Rail Link

Projcct-Il, Thane.

3. Special Land Acquisition Officer, Maharashtra Water Supply and

Sev/eragc Project, Thane.

4. Special Land Acquisition Officer, Metro Centre (H), Thane."
