सा.का.मि. 313 (अ) . केन्द्रीय सरकार , सीमाशुल्क अधिनियम , 1962 (1962का 52) की धारा 25 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदस्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और भारत सरकार के राजस्व और बैंककारी विभाग की अधिसूचना सं. 254-सीमाशुल्क तारीख 2 अगस्त , 1976 को अधिक्रान्त करते हुए , अपना यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि लोकहित में ऐमा करना आवश्यक है , सीमाशुल्क टैरिफ अधिनियम , 1975 (1975का 51) की पहली अनुसूची के शीर्षक सं . 73.30/40 के उपशीर्षक सं. ( 1) के अन्तर्गत आने वाले लौह या इस्पात के ढलाई के और पिटाई के माल पर जब उसका भारत में आयात किया जाए , उस पर उग्रहणीय सीमाशुल्क के उत्तने भाग से , जो मूल्य के 60 प्रतिशत में अधिक है छूट देती है ।

G.S.R. 313( E) .--In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 1 ) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 ( 52 of 1962) and in supersession of the notification of the Gov- ernment of India in the Departraent of Revenue and Bank- ing No. 254-Customs dated the 2nd August, 1976, the C'en- tral Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby exempts iron or steel cast- ings and forgings , falling under sub - heading No. ( 1 ) of Head- ing No. 73.33 /40 of the First Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act , 1975 (51 of 1975) , when imported into India , from so much of that portion of the duty of customs levi- able thereon which is in excess of 60 per cent ad valorem.

( 1) के अन्तर्गत आने वाले मिश्रधातु इस्पात (जिसके अन्तर्गत स्टेनलस स्टील भी है) और अधिकार्बन इस्पात को , जब इनका भारत में आयात किया जाए , उक्त पहली अनुसूची में ििनर्दिष्ट इन पर उग्रहणीय सीमाशुल्क के उतने भाग से , जो मूल्य के 60 प्रतिशत से अधिक है छूट देती है ।

सा. का. नि . 315(अ) केन्द्रीय सरकार , सीमाशुल्क अधिनियम , 1962 ( 1962 का 52) की धारा 25 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय (राजस्व विभाग) की अधिसूचना सं. 33-सीमाशुल्क तारीख 28 फरवरी , 1982 को अधिक्रान्त करते हुए , अपना यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि लोकहित में ऐसा करना आवश्यक है , इस्पात मिश्रधातू ( जिसके अंतर्गत स्टेनलेस इस्पात नहीं ?) और उच्च कार्बन इस्पात को जी सीमाशुल्क टैरिफ अधिनियम , 1975 (1975 का 51) की पहली अनुसूची के शीर्षक संख्यांक 73.08 , 73.09 और 73.14 में वर्णित प्ररूपों में , और जो उक्त पहली अनुसूची के शीर्षक सं. 73.15 के उप-शीर्षक से ( 1 ) के अंतर्गत आता है जब इसका भारत में आयात किया जाए को उक्त पहली अनुसूची में वर्णित उस पर उग्रहणीय सीमाशुल्क के उतने से जो उसके मूल्य के 35 प्रतिशत से अधिक है , छूट देती है ।

G.S.R. 315 (E) .-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 1 ) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 ( 52 of 1962 ) , and in supersession of the notification of the Gov- ernment of India in the Ministry of Finance ( Department of Revenue) No. 33 -Customs dated the 28th February, 1982 , the Central Government , being satisfied that it is necessary In the public interest so to do, hereby exempts alloy steel (excluding stainless steel ) and high carbon steel in the forme mentioned in Heading Nos . 73.08 , 73.09 and 73.14 of the First Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act , 1975 ( 51 of 1975 ), and falling under sub -heading No. ( 1 ) of Heading No. 73.15 of the said First Schedule , when imported into India, from so much of that portion of the duty of customs leviable thereon which is specified in the said First Schedule , as is in excess of 35 per cent ad -valorem .

धान हो जाने पर कि लोकहित में ऐसा करना आवश्यक है , भारत सरकार के राजस्व और बकारी विभाग की अधिसूचना से. 107 सीमा- शुल्क , तारीख 1 जुलाई1947 का निम्नलिखित लिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात :-
उक्त अधिसूचना से उपाबद्ध सारणी में , -
(1) क्रम सं. 11 के सामने स्तम्भ (2) में " 73.16" अंकों के स्थान पर 73.16( 1) " अंक और कोष्ठक रखे जाएंगे ;
(2) क्रम सं. 12 के सामने स्तम्भ (2) में " 73.21" अंकों के स्थान पर " 73.21(1) " अंक और कोष्ठक रखे जाएंगे ;
(3) क्रम सं. 13 के सामने स्तम्भ ( 2) में " उप- संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:- शीर्षक सं . (2) " शब्द अक्षर , कोष्ठक और

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section ( 1 ) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Central Government , being satisfled that it is necessary in the public interest so to do , hereby makes the following amendments in notification of the Govern- ment of India in the Department of Revenue and Banking No. 107-Customs , datod the 1st July, 1977 , namely: In the Table annexed to the said notification,
(i) against Sl .Sl . No. 11, in column (2) , for the figures "73.16" , the figures and brackets "73.16( 1 ) " shall be substituted;
(ii) against Sl . No. 12, in column (2 ) , for the figures "73.21" , the figures and brackets " 73.21 ( 1 ) " shall be substituted;
(iii) against Sl . No. 13, in column (2 ) , for the word, letters, brackets and figures " sub-heading No. (2 ) " , the word, letters , brackets and figures "Sub- heading No. ( 1 )( ii ) " shall be substituted.

सा. का. नि. 817 (ग) केन्द्रीय सरकार , सीमा- शुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 (1962 का 52) की धारा 25 की उप- धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , अपना यह समा- धान हो जाने पर कि लोकहित में ऐसा करना आवश्यक है , भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय (राजस्व विभाग) की अधि- सूचना सं . 26 सीमा शुल्क तारीख 1 मार्च, 1981का निम्न- लिखित संशोधना करती है , अर्थात-
उक्त अधिसूचना में खण्ड (ग) के स्थान पर निम्न- लिखित खण्ड रखा जाएगा , अर्थात

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section ( 1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 ( 52 of 1962), the Central Government , being satisfied that it is neces sary in the public interest so to do, hereby rescinds the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 27 -Customs , dated the 1st March , 1981 .
