प्रा०च० 40 ( अ) राजस्थान में 10-बथाना ( अ ० जा० ) संसदीय निर्वाचन क्षेत्र से लोक सभा के लिए निर्वाचित सवस्य श्री जगन्नाथ प्रसाद पहाड़िया द्वारा त्यागपत्र दिए जाने के परिणाम स्वरूप उस सदन में एक स्थान रिक्त हो गया है ;

अतः, लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 ( 1951 का 43) की धारा 149 के उपबन्धों के अनुसरण में , निर्वाचन आयोग उक्त निर्वाचन क्षेत्र से यह अपेक्षा करता है कि एसे हुई रिक्ति को भरने के लिए 24 मई , 1982 (सोमबार) से पूर्व, उक्न अधिनियम के और तद्धीन बनाए गए नियमों और आदेशों के उपबन्धों के अनुमार राजस्थान का अनुसूचित जाति का एक व्यक्ति निर्वाचित कर दें ।

Ο.Ν. 40 (E) .- Whereas a vacancy has occurred in the House of the People by reason of the resignation by Shri Jagannath Prasad Pahadia , a member elected to that House from 10-Bayana (SC) Parliamentary Constituency in the State of Rajasthan;

Now, therefore , in pursuance of the provisions of section 149 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the Election Commission hereby calls upon the said consti- tuency to elect a person belonging to the Schedule Caste in the State of Rajasthan to fill the said vacancy before 24th May, 1982 ( Monday ) in accordance with the provisions of the said Act and of the Rules and Order made thereunder.

(क) नाम निर्देशन करने के लिए भन्तिम तारीख 24 अप्रैल , 1982 (शनिवार)

(ख) नामनिर्देशनो की संवीक्षा की 26 अप्रैल, 1982 तारीख (सोमवार)

(ग) अभ्यर्थिताएं वापस लेने के लिए अन्तिमतारीख 28अप्रैल , 1982 (बुधवार)

19 मई , 1982 (बुधवार) (घ ) वह तारीख जिसको, यदि आवश्यक हो, तो मतदान होगा

( ङ ) वह तारीख जिसके पूर्व निर्वाचन समाप्त कर दिया जाएगा 24 मई, 1982 (सोमवार )

नियत करता है ।

In pursuance of the provisions of section 30 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951 ) . the Election Commission hereby appoints , with respect to the bye-election to be held in 10 -Bayana ( SC) Parliamentary Constituency in the State of Rajasthan in pursuance of its notification No. 100 RJ - HP | 1 | 80 ( 1 ) dated the 17th April , 1982:-

(a) the 24th April , 1982 ( Saturday ) as the last date of making nominations ;

(b) the 26th April , 1982 (Monday) as the date for the scrutiny of nominations ;

on (d) the 19th May, 1982 (Wednesday) as the date which a poll shall , if necessary, be taken; and

(e) the 24th May , 1982 ( Monday) as the date before which the election shall be completed . [No. 100 RJ - HP | 1 | 80(2 ) ]

भ्रा०म० 42 (प्र). लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम , 1951

(1951 का 43) की धारा 56 के अनुसरण में , निर्वाचन आयोग अपनी अधिसूचना सं ० 100/ राज ०/लो० स०/1/ 80 (1) तारीख 17 अप्रैल, 1982 के अनुमरण में 10-बयाना (अ०जा० ) संसदीय निर्वाचन क्षेत्र से लोक सभा के लिये होने वाले उप - निर्वाचन के लिये 7.30 बजे पूर्वाल से 4.30 बजे अपराह्न तक का समय उस समय के रूप में नियत करता है जिसके दौरान यदि आवश्यक हो तो , मतवान होगा ।

श्रा०प्र० 43( प्र) .- राजस्थान में 18 उदयपुर संसदीय निर्वाचन क्षेत्र से लोक सभा के लिये निर्वाचित रुदस्य श्री मोहन लाल सुखाड़िया की मृत्यु हो जाने के परिणाम- स्वरूप उस सदन में एक स्थान रिक्त हो गया है;

अतः , लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 ( 1951 का 43) की धारा 149 की उपधारा ( 1 ) के उपबन्धों के अनुसरण में , निर्वाचन आयोग उक्त निर्वाचन क्षेत्र से यह अपेक्षा करता है कि ऐसे हुई रिक्ति को भरने के लिये 24 मई, 1982 ( सोमवार ) से पूर्व , उक्त अधिनियम के और तद्धीन बनाये गये नियमों और आवशों के उपबन्धों के अनुसार एक व्यक्ति निर्वाचित कर दें ।

Now, therefore, in pursuance of the provisions of sub - scc- tion (1) of section 149 of the Representation of the People Act. 1951 (43 of 1951 ), the Election Commission hereby calls upon the said constituency to elect a person to fill the said vacancy before the 24th May , 1982 ( Monday) in accordance with the provisions of the said Act and the Rules and Orders made thereunder .
