No. A. 42011/8/81-Admn.—Vide Resolution No. A.42011/8/81-Admn. dated the 31st December. 1981 the tenure of the Expert Committee, set up in AuKust, 1980 to examine the working of Public Enterprises, was extended uplo 31dt March, 1982. As the Committee has yet to complete its assignments, it bas been decided to extend its tenure for a further period upto 30ta Apri], 1982.
ORDER
Oidered that the Resolution be published in the Gazette of India, Extra-
ordinary, Part I Section I.
Ordered also that a copy of the Resolution be oemmunicated to nil Minis- tries/Departments of the Govt. of India, Public Sector Undertakings, State Governments/Administrations of Union Territories and all other concerned.
