Provision of this section slitll noi apply to the said industrial undertaking. Jt shall, however, file its statutory returns and balance sheets with the Registrai of Companies. The exemption will not affect the provisions of section I5Q(I) of the Companies Act, 1956

S.O. 271 (E).— Whereas hy the Oulcr of the Go\ernment of India in the Ministry of Industry (Dcpaitrncnt of Industrial Development) No. S.O, 708(E), dated the 19th September, 1981 issued under section I8AA of the Industries (Dcv lopment, ond Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government has authorised the Orissa Strto Textile Corporation Limited, Cuttaok, Orissa to take over the nvmsgement of (he industrial undertaking known as Messrs Orissa Textile Mills Limited, ChOwdwar, District, CutUck, Oriss;' (hereinafter leferrcd to as the said industrial undertf king) f°i the period -ptcified therein;
The period of exemption in all cases will terminate when the Company ceases to be managed by the Central Government under the provisions of tho Industries (Development and Regu- lation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951.)

Now therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (2) of section 18E of the wid -acl, l'"e Central Government hereby specifies in the Schedule annexed heicto the exceptions, restiictions rnd limitations subject to -tfhteh the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956), shall continue to apply to the said industrial undertaking in the st'me manner as it applied thereto before the issue of the Order under Section 18AA.
