की और ध्यान आकृष्ट किया जाता है जिसके अनुसार अरण्डो के तेल का निर्यात भारतीय राज्य व्यापार निगम लि. के माध्यम से सरणीबद्ध है ।
2. अब यह निश्चय किया गया है कि जब भी अरण्डी के तेल के निर्यात की उपर्युक्त मरणीबद्ध नीति भारतीय राज्य व्यापार निगम लि . के माध्यम से लागू रहेगी , गुजरात राज्य निर्यात निगम लि. और अन्ध्र प्रदेश राज्य व्यापार निगम लि. को भी सीधे ही सामान्य मुद्रा क्षेत्र को निम्नलिखित शनों के अधीन 31 मार्च , 1983 तक की अवधि के लिए अरण्डी के तेल के निर्यात की अनुमति दी जाएगी :-
(1 ) गुजरात राज्य निर्यात निगम और आन्ध्र प्रदेश राज्य व्यापार निगम लि. भारतीय राज्य व्यापार निगम लि. के पास संविदा पंजी- कृप्त करेंगे ।
(2) भारतीय राज्य व्यापार निगम लि . द्वारा संविदा के 1 / 4% (बौथाई प्रतिशत) जहाज पर निशुल्क मूल्य का पंजीकरण सर्ज वसूल किया जाएगा ।
भारतीय राज्य व्यापार निगम लि . सभी क्षेत्रों को अरण्डी तेल का निर्यात और निर्यातों का अबूध्रवण करता रहेगा ।

PUBLIC NOTICE NO . 17 - ETC ( PN ) / 82
Subject .-Export! Policy of Castor Oil during 1982-83.
File No. 38 /65/ 81- EII.- Attention is invited to S. No. B 31 ( iii ) at page 16 of Policy Statement and S. No. 4A on page 95 of Import and Export Policy Book , 1982-83 ( Vol . II ), according to which export of Castor Oil is canalised through the State Trading Corporation of India Ltd.
2. It has now been decided that while the above canalisation policy for ex- port of Castor Oil through the State Trading Corporation will continue to be operative , the Gujrat State Export Corporation Ltd. , and the Andhra Pradesh State Trading Corporation Ltd. , will also be allowed to export Castor Oil direct to General Currency Areas only upto 31st March , 1983 , subject to the following conditions :-
( i ) Gujarat State Export Corporation ; and Andhra Pradesh State Trading भारत का राजपत्त ममाधारण

Corporation Ltd. will register export contracts with the State Trad- ing Corporation of India Ltd.
( ii ) Registration charges of 1/4 per cent ( quarter per cent ) of f.o.b. value of the contracts will be levied by the State Trading Corporга- tion of India Ltd.
The State Trading Corporation of India Ltd. will continue to export Castor Oil to all areas and monitor the exports .
