ORDER

New Delhi, the 26th April, 1982S.O. 287(E)|X8AA|IDRA|82—Whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Industry and Civil Supplies (Department of Industrial Development) No. S.O. 3l9(E)|l8AA|IDRA|76, dated the 27th April, 1976 (hereinafter had authorised the Jammu and Kashmir Industries Limited to take over the management of the whole of the Industrial undertaking known as Messrs. Plywood Industries Limited Pampore, Jammu and Kashmir, for a period of five years that is, upto and inclusive of the 26th April, l981- (4S7) 101 GI/82

And. whcioas, by the order of (he Government of India, m the Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial D"vo- Jopment) No. S,O, 318(E)[18AA]IDRA|81, dated the 25th April, 1981, the duration of the said order dated the 27th April, 1976, was extended upto and inclusive of the 26th April, 1982;

Now, therefoi", in exercise of the powers confened by sub-section (2) of section 18AA read with proviio to sub- action (2) of section 18A of the Industrie^ (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Govern- ment hereby directs that the yaid order dated the 27th April, 1976, shall continue to have eftect for a further period of si\ months upto and inclusive of the 26th. October, 1982.
