ORDER
New Delhi, the 30th April, 1982
2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)]1st May, 1978, hereinafter referred to as the said Order, the- management of the industrial undertaking located at Jaykaynagar near Asansol belonging to the Aluminium Cor- poration of India Limited, Calcutta, was taken over under sub-section (1) of section 18AA of the Industries (Develop- ment and Regulation) Act, 1951, (65 of 1951), for a period of one year upto and inclusive of the 30th April 1979, and the Bhamt Aluminium Company Limited was authorised to take over the management of the said industrial undertak- ings;
And, whereas by the orders of the Government of India In the Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Deve- lopment) No. S.O- 224(E), dated the 25th April 1979, No. S.O. 286
And, whereas by the ordeis of the Government of India ji the- Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Deve- lopment) No. S.O. 325(E)18AA|IDRA|81, dated the 30th April 1981, the duration of the said Order was extended dpto and inclusive of the 30th April 1982;
And, whereas the Central Government is of opinion, that it is expedient in the public interest that the s^d idiistrial undertaking should continue under the management of the Bharat Aluminium Company Limited for a further period of three months upto the 31st July 1982;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 18AA of the Industries (Deve- lopment and Regulation)) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951). the Central Government hereby directs that the said older shall continue to have effect for a further period of three months upto and inclusive of the 31st July 1982.

ORDER
S.O. 291(E).—Whereas by the order of the Government of India, in the Ministry ot Industry (Department of Indus- trial Development) No. S.O. 302(H>/FBJ/iDRA/78, daled the 2nd May 1978, (hereinafter referred to as the said order), the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1) of sec- tion 18FB of the Industries (Development and Regu- lation) Act, 1951 {65 of 1951), had declared that the operation of all contracts, assumnce of property, agreements, settlements, awards, standing orders or other instruments In force immediately before the date of issue of the said order to which the industrial undertaking located at Jaykaynagar near Asansol and belonging to the Aluminium Corporation of India Limited, Calcutta, is a party or which may be applicable to the said industrial undei taking, shall remain suspended for a period of one year and that all rights, privi- leges, obligations and liabilities accruing or arising there- under before the said date shall remain suspended for a period of one year>
And, whereas by the orders of the Government of India In the Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Deve- lopment) No. 5.O. 225(E).18FB|IDRA|8O, dated thc 25th. April 1979, No. S.O. 287(E)|18FB|IDRA|8O, dated tho 29th April 1980, No. S.O. 870|18FB!lDRA|80, dated the 31st October 1980, the duration of the said order was ex- tended for a period upto the 30th April 1981.
And, whpreas by the order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Deve- lopment) No. S.O. 32S(E)|18FB|JDRA|81, dated the 30th April 1981, thc duration of the said order was extended upto and inclusive of the 30th April 1982;
And, whereas the Central Government Is satisfied that thc diwatlon of thc saia order should be extended for a further period of three months upto and inclusive of the 31st July 11982 ;
• Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) read with sub-section (2) of section 18 FB of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby extends the duration of the said order upto and inclusive of the 31st July 1982.
