And, whereas, by the orders of tile Government of India -
in the Department of Industrial Development Nos. S,0 743(E), dated the 1st November, 1977, S.O. 63
And, wheieas, the Central Government i* of opinion that it is expedient in (he public interest that the taking over of management Order should continue to have effect for a further period uPto and inclusive of (ho 2nd day of Novem- ber. 1982;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by .sub-section (1) read with sub-section (2) of section 18AA of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 3951), the Central Government hereby directs that the taking over of management Order shall continue to have effect for a further period upto and inclusive of the 2nd day of Nov- ember, 1982, and that Ihe said undertaking shall be managed by the Board of Management referred to in paragraph 2 of this order subject to the following terms and conditions :—
(i) the Board of Management shall comply with all direc- tions issued from time to time by the Central Gov- ernment ;
(ii) the Board shall hold office upto and inclusive of (he
2nd day of November, 1982 ;
fin) the Central Government may terminate, without as- Mgning nny reuton, the appointment of the said Board of Management, or any member thereof, earliei than the 2nd day of November, 1982, if the Government considers necessary to do so.
2. The Board of Management shall consist of the follow-
