S.O. 297(L).~In pursuance of clause (iv) of section 2 of the Prevention of Food Adulteration Act, 1954 (37 of 1954), the Central Government hereby appoints Shii 1\ K. Dtingra, to perform all or any of the functions, of the Director ot Central Food Laboratory, Ghaziabad vice Shri R. K. Rao; and makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (Department of Healih) No, S.O. 81(E), dated 8th February, 1978, namely :_
In the Teble appended to the said notification against serial number 3, in column (1), for the existing entry, the following entry shall bo substituted, namely :—
"Shri P. K. DhiDgra"
